Pedal Forward Hand-Shifting RD "down" to Highest Gear Cog
Locate & Adjust High Limit Screw (H) on RD
(positioning uppermost jockey wheel to sit directly below the smallest sprocket)
(clockwise <- spokes & counter-clockwise -> frame)
(*on "unmarked" 1X11 DR's try: > "H" left & "L")

3.
Adjust Cable Tension
Barrel Adjuster:
(clockwise decreases tension = higher gears)
&
(counter-clockwise increases tension = lower gears)
Shifting Up Hesitation: (+ cable tension)
Skipping Gears: (- cable tension)
Continue Shifting All Gears
(listening for chain/drivetrain noise)
4.
Shifting Up
(lower gears)
Set Shifter To Lowest Gear
Set Shifter To Lowest Gear
(Biggest Cog)
Hand Push DR Body Max Inward
